A Warning Against the Fallen
As Written by the Scribe of the Throne, Brother Elvin Preminger of Luzerne City, during the Diet of Tionna on 31 July, 1212 RE, with the assitance of the Celestial Savarel.
It has been brought to the Attention of the Church that those Celestials who have pledged themselves in body and soul to the side of the Most Foul may be discerned from their bretheren. These are known as "the Fallen," and they bear upon their faces a mark not unlike a spider-shape, as seen here:

It is not known what connection, if any, these monsters have to the Cult of the Spider Lords, but they are known to be at large throughout the world, and should be considered extremely dangerous, and captured or killed on sight.
